Here is an easy Smoothie I made this afternoon after my workout!!
For this smoothie!!!
1/4 C. Boysenberries
1/4 C. Fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 C. Coconut Juice
1/4 C. Fresh or frozen Strawberries
1 C. Non fat/ Greek or any yogurt you have on hand
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 C. Ice
Blend in a blender until smooth!!
